Since 1991 The Coaching House has been enabling successful organisations to develop their best people so that they can achieve and sustain a higher level of performance. Our clients range from global corporations to small partnerships and we have a worldwide group of skilled coaches and consultants.

We plan and deliver development and change programmes for individuals, teams and organisations and contribute to effective succession planning through management assessment and support programmes. We optimise formal learning by embedding learned skills into business practice.

Accelerating the rate at which a senior team hits its stride together is a frequent goal for our clients. We are also often called upon to help harness team members’ various skills and approaches together to drive corporate success.
